Mortal Kombat theme by Dale Bingham

Most files I got off the 'net, except for the cursors and some sounds.
If you wish to claim the background or sounds, be my guest.  If you wish 
to change sounds be my guest.  This is my first try at this so I am sure 
someone else has a couple better ideas.

All you have to do is place these files inside the themes directory under 
Plus!.  Even the bitmap.  I had the windows95 screen saver that builds a wall 
or something as my screensaver.  I do not know how to create a screen saver yet, 
but I will learn.
